        • leak surveying, damage assessment, dig safe, and mobile applications.
  • Regular interaction with senior executives through leading steering committee meetings
  • Implemented a digitization strategy which resulted in minimal loss of productivity to migrate all active project work to fully remote due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • First large widescale project implementation of Office365, SharePoint and MS Teams.
  • Led the renewal of our GIS vendor contract which resulted in the first engineering and operations enterprise level consolidation of contract which resulted in lower overall cost while expanding the program, contractual protection around data privacy, and provisions for cloud GIS usage.
  • Worked cohesively with project managers and specialists to analyze, report, and track the $8.5 million GIS program.

Industry Leadership

  • Developed the GIS/ADMS corporate strategy which included roadmap, cost, business case, RFP, and technology selection.
  • Demonstrated a safety-first mindset by chairing the Health and Safety Committee.
  • Business case, RFP development, project execution and close out on a $1.2 million leak survey program (VeroTrack) which resulted in a net 20% reduction of leak surveying time and cost.
  • Utilized the Liberty Utilities Gas Operations manual and regional regulatory requirements to implement a standard business process around leak surveying.
  • Analyzed 175 power generators, using technical and electricity market rules.
  • Created vital restoration diagrams for the control room that dynamically displayed emergency electricity restoration paths for SCADASCADA Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems and updated over 50 electrical SCADA diagrams.
  • Supported the real-time network model builds of Ontario’s Electrical Grid.

Technical
